no screezing today

Well, here is how we are feeling: AAAAAAAAAAAAEEEEEIIIAAAIIAAIOOO!!!!

We made it to Red Wing today and stopped by to see the boat out of the water. We might be a little excited. Just a tad. I'm deaf in my right ear now from Julie's maniacal laughter and screaming while we were driving back from seeing it.

Again, what did we get ourselves into?!?!

We are back at the hotel now. The plan is to put her in the water tomorrow morning, than motor over to transient dock J7 for the next few days. We'll unload the truck, get everything stowed and finally have a great night sleeping on the water. I read a book recently, and the author was writing about a friend of his who had a house and a sailboat at his small dock behind the house. He always slept on the sailboat and never in the house, and I can understand that! Looking forward to it!!
